That said, I also operate with the intention of providing deeply personalized care that isn’t limited by insurance restrictions. And to make care more accessible, I’m happy to offer flexible payment plans as well.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation, where we discuss your health history, goals, and concerns. I assess movement patterns, muscle function, and areas of tension to create a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs. You may also receive hands-on care in your first session.

The number of sessions varies based on your condition and goals. Some clients feel relief after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing care to support chronic pain, injury recovery, or long-term wellness. We'll discuss a personalized treatment plan that works for you.

Chiropractic Care
-
Yes! Chiropractic care can support headaches, jaw pain (TMJ), posture issues, nerve pain, sports injuries, and more. It improves mobility, nervous system function, and overall body balance, helping with pain and stress relief.
-
Yes! When performed by a trained chiropractor like myself, adjustments are safe, gentle, and effective. I use techniques tailored to your comfort level, and for those hesitant about manual adjustments, I offer low-force and instrument-assisted techniques.
Acupuncture & Dry Needling
-
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that stimulates energy flow (qi) and promotes relaxation. Dry needling is a modern approach that targets muscle knots and trigger points to relieve pain and tension. Both techniques are effective, and I tailor treatments based on your needs.
-
Most clients feel minimal to no discomfort, just a small pinch or a slight twitch response. Many find the treatments deeply relaxing and experience a sense of calm and relief after the session.
Cupping Therapy
-
Cupping uses gentle suction cups to increase circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote natural healing. It helps with pain, inflammation, stress relief, and even digestion issues.
-
Yes, cupping may leave temporary circular marks due to increased blood flow in the treated area. These marks fade within a few days. Most clients describe the sensation as relaxing, with no pain after treatment.
Functional Rehabilitation & Movement Therapy
-
Functional rehab focuses on restoring movement, strength, and stability through specific exercises and hands-on therapy. It benefits athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, and anyone struggling with mobility or chronic pain.
You can think of this as a hybrid between physical therapy, injury prevention, and a mobility training exercise prescription.
-
MDT is a structured approach that teaches self-treatment techniques centered around end-range loading joint-based exercises to help manage back, neck, and joint pain. It’s particularly effective for disc-related pain, sciatica, and postural issues, helping you take control of your healing.
Holistic & Integrative Healing
-
An Integrative Healing Plan combines chiropractic care, acupuncture, movement therapy, and holistic wellness techniques to create a personalized roadmap for long-term healing.
It’s great for those looking to go beyond pain relief and cultivate full-body balance.
-
Sound healing uses vibrational frequencies from instruments like singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore energetic balance.
It’s a wonderful complement to physical treatments, supporting both emotional and physical healing.
